- Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit: 25ml
- Ginger Beer: 150ml
- 1/2 Lime chopped into wedges
- Handful of torn mint leaves
- Fresh Mint sprig for garnish
- Lime slice garnish
- Crushed ice


Place mint leaves and wedges into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice. Pour the Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit over the ice, and fill the glass. Top with Ginger Beer and stir. Slap sprig of mint leaves against your hand to release fragrant aroma before sticking into glass. Garnish with lime slice.
