Deliveries

We partner with reputable and trusted courier companies to handle our deliveries nationwide.

A standard delivery fee of R89 is applied anywhere in South Africa and FREE delivery when you spend R1,250 or more with us.

The Zero Drinks warehouse is based in central JoBurg and we ship our orders out from there, so delivery timelines will vary based on your location. We hold stock of all our drinks and re-order from our suppliers based on demand.

The following delivery times apply:

• Gauteng: most areas, 2-3 working days from dispatch*
• Other main centres: 3-5 working days from dispatch*

*Add 1-2 working days for all regional/outlying areas

When a drink shows as “Sold Out”, we are temporarily out stock.

• It typically takes 3-5 working days for us to get new deliveries in from our suppliers (provided the supplier has stock available).
• If there is a specific drink you would like to order and we are Sold Out, please send us an email and we can let you know when it arrives. Email us: hello@zerodrinks.co.za

Our commitment:

You will be updated throughout the ordering process and receive email notifications from Zero Drinks when your order has been confirmed, dispatched from our warehouse, and once the order has been delivered. 

We will do everything we can to get your order to you within the timelines and process communicated. However, we are reliant on partnerships with our IT system providers and courier companies and like life, unforeseen circumstances do happen… The good news is this is not often, nevertheless if it does, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and you can always reach out to us by phone on 072 598 2289 or Email: hello@zerodrinks.co.za
