Shipping policy
We partner with reputable and trusted courier companies to handle our deliveries nationwide.
A standard delivery fee of R99 is applied anywhere in South Africa and FREE delivery when you spend over R1250.
The Zero Drinks warehouse is based in central JoBurg and we ship our orders out from there, so delivery timelines will vary based on your location. We hold stock on all drinks and re-order from our suppliers based on demand.
The following general delivery times apply:
- 2-3 workdays - delivery to most major centres
- 3-7 workdays - delivery to regional areas
When a drink shows as “Sold Out”, we are temporarily out stock.
- It typically takes 2-5 working days for us to get new deliveries in from our suppliers.
- If there is a specific drink you would like to order, however, we are Sold Out, please send us an email and we can let you know when it is available again. Email: hello@zerodrinks.co.za
Bulk Orders
For custom bulk orders, delivery fees may apply depending on the size of the order, the negotiated price and the delivery location.

Our commitment:
You will be updated throughout the ordering process and receive email notifications from Zero Drinks when your order has been confirmed, dispatched from our warehouse, and once the order has been delivered.
We will do everything we can to get your order to you within the timelines and process communicated.
