Payments, Refunds & Returns


Zero Drinks partners with PayFast, South Africa’s leading fast and secure payment gateway. Payments are processed through PayFast and your financial details are not recorded by Zero Drinks.

With PayFast you will have the option to pay with Debit, Credit & Cheque Cards, Instant EFT, Snapscan & Zapper.

Once payment has been made, your order will be confirmed and you’ll receive an email notification from us.


If you are needing to return an order or request a refund, something must have gone wrong along the way and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused!

We will try to sort out the issue for you asap, here is what you need to do:

Contents of your order are damaged or faulty:

  • Send a photo of the damaged or faulty bottle/s and the courier's delivery slip with a brief explanation of what happened as soon as you receive the order to:
  • We will assess the issue and check what happened with the courier company or our warehouse. Once verified we will refund you for the damaged goods or send you a replacement order.

 All, or part of the contents of your order are incorrect:

  • Please first check the details of your order confirmation email versus the contents of your delivery to confirm there is a discrepancy. If there is, please send a photo of the incorrect goods, a copy of the order confirmation email and a brief explanation to:
  • We will assess what went wrong and once verified it was an error on our behalf, we will arrange for the goods to be picked up and a replacement then sent to you, or if you prefer a refund issued.
