This is a quality sparkling wine. For a Nectar it is not overly sweet and it has a smooth finish to it. Great as an aperitif or dessert. It also pairs well with a spicy meal or summer salad.
We find the de-alcoholised sparkling wines closer to a traditional wine as the carbonating of the wine seems to help carry the flavours & aromas of the wine to your palate better.
