This beautiful fresh and crisp Non-Alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc Wine has aromas of lime, yellow peaches and gooseberry, a tropical passionfruit on the palate with a long and lingering finish.
Vineyards strategically planted on South-West facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.
Grapes were hand picked and handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock its fruitiness. Wine was then leſt on the lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the product retains its distinctive wine body, colour and flavour

This is a great home grown South African Non-Alcoholic Wine. It has a fresh and crisp finish to it with a gentle aroma of lime. As with most De-Alcoholised wines, it tastes better when chilled colder than a traditional wine.
