Ingredients

- 50ml of Vermont VerGin Limon Distilled Botanical
- 150ml Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water or Barker and Quin Light at Heart Tonic Water
- Fresh lime cut into wedges
- Sprig of rosemary
- Large ice blocks
- Optional to add – stevia, sugar or honey to sweeten

Method

- Put ice blocks in glass
- Squeeze a wedge of lime over the ice
- Pour in 50ml of Vermont VerGin Limon Distilled Botanical
- Add 1 or 2 wedges of lime to the glass
- Pour in 150ml of Tonic Water
- Stir drink with a cocktail spoon
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary

If the drink is too tangy for your liking, add in a bit of stevia, sugar or honey and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
