Ingredients

- Seedlip Garden 108: 60ml
- Lime Juice: 20ml
- Honey Syrup*: 15ml
- Blackberries
- Soda Water: Top
- Rosemary: Garnish

*To make yourself - combine equal parts Honey & water over heat. Dissolve, let cool & store in air-tight container in the fridge.

Method

Combine all ingredients into a shaker & strain into a collins glass over ice.

Top with soda water.

Garnish with a Blackberry & sprig of Rosemary.
